Save the date for this year’s Fall Fest. Saturday, October 7 from 11:00 – 4:00pm. Scarecrow voting, horse drawn wagon rides, a mechanical bull, inflatables, a live blue grass band, a giant corn box, pedal carts, tunnels, and fall themed games and crafts. 

New this year - the Rotary Club of Grandville-Jenison Chili Cook-Off, Striders 5K Fun Run/Walk, and Vredevoogd Heating and Coolings Pedal Tractor Pulls for kids.  Donuts, cider, coffee, hot chocolate, pies and various fall foods will be available for purchase. Scarecrow voting is free to all; some activities require purchase of an activity ticket.


New to the Festival this year - The Striders Dawg Dash - Race of the Rivals - 5K Fun Run.  All proceeds benefiting our Grandville Elementary Schools.  Grab your running shoes, a friend, and your favorite University of Michigan or Michigan State Jersey, and join the fun.  10 am start time.  Thank-you Family Fare for sponsoring the post race treats!!!

PLatinum 2017

 The Sandy Bend Bluegrass Band will be performing in the corridor from 12:00  - 3:00.  Free to All!

Calling all Muggles!!!  KDL is hosting quidditch at Fall Fest.  Think you have what it takes to be a chaser, keeper, beater, or seeker?  Hop on a broomstick (provided by the library) and find out.  Sign up begins at 11 am in the amphitheater on October 7.  Must be 11+ to participate.  Games scheduled for 12:30 and 2:30 pm on the grassy area behind the library.  Spectators welcome. 

Gold 2017 with PCE

Ticket Prices - 1 for $1, 6 for $5, 15 for $10. 

Bounce house, Football throw, Giant slide, and Goats = 1 ticket.  Horse drawn wagon ride, Hungry Hippo chow down, Pumpkin decorating, Mask craft = 2 tickets.  Mechanical bull = 3 tickets. 

Silver 2017

Free Activities include Scarecrow voting, Bluegrass band, Pedal cart pull (must register at event), Store trick or treating, Corn box, Tunnels, Pedal cars, Photo board, Fall games (1 play per child please), KDL activities, Candy guess, and more.  Stop by the information booth in the corridor to pick up free goodie collecting bags.

Food Vendors: Rainbow Grill Pies and Hot Cocoa, Royal Dutch Bakery Doughnuts, Cider, Kettle Corn, BIGGBY Coffee, Mayor Maas Granola, Jet's Pizza, and Chili Cook-off Samples.  Prices set by individual vendors.  Cash Only.
