WHAT YOU NEED FOR A NORMAL PASSPORT

  1. Completed application. You may complete the application online at www.travel.state.gov and print the completed application.
  2. Driver's license
  3. Certified Birth Certificate (with raised seal) or Naturalization Certificate
  4. Passport pictures
  5. Payment to the US Dept of State (check or money order ONLY) and the City of Grandville (cash, check, or money order; Debit cards can be used for the City's portion for a small additional fee).
